Delivering building service maintenance and repairs across a range of public sector buildings, you will ensure all work carried out is to the highest possible standards, providing a safe environment for all visitors, customers, and employees.
Your new role will include:
Fault finding & minors repairs
Maintaining services and equipment within critical environments
Working alongside projects/construction teams in identifying, scoping, and delivering minor capital works for various premises
Completing risk assessments
Maintaining building gas systems including heating, hot water, commercial and domestic services within public buildingsThe Candidate
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who has previous experience working within a building maintenance environment. You must have a BTEC City & Guilds plus relevant training, be a Registered Gas Safe Engineer with ACS qualifications in Domestic and Commercial Gas Installations, hold a level 3 NVQ or equivalent, and have a full UK driving licence.
Previous experience working within healthcare services and/or experience of working in highly serviced building is desirable, but not essential.
