Job Description

An excellent position has opened for a bright German speaking Customer Service Representative to be part of an inspiring multinational financial service company based in Brighton and Hove. You will be providing exceptional customer service and be part of a dynamic work environment within a successful company. This is a full-time position to work from home (WFH) with remote onboarding to eventually work at the client's modern office in central Brighton when safe to do so.

Your responsibilities will include:

Dealing with a wide range of customers across the German market
Providing first-class customer support
Maintaining client/customer satisfaction
Ensuring that all enquiries are being responded to in a timely mannerAbout you:

It is essential for you to be confident and well-spoken as you will be dealing with various clients/customers and have strong language skills in German to a native level. Profile:

Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
Experience working in a customer support, customer services, client support role or any office-based experience is desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication
