Our client is a multi-disciplinary organisation which supplies specialist services to the construction industry. They are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join their team. The purpose of the role is co-ordinate the day-to-day operations by assigning project work to consultants and to manage their diaries.


Schedule and coordinate technician appointments
Ensure all planning is correctly entered onto the company database
Track project completion and follow up on outstanding work
Assist the department with administrative duties
Raise invoices/preparation of billing information and month end reporting


Highly organised individual
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous administrative/scheduling experience is essential
Excellent IT skills (MS Office Suite)
