Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with one of our highly commercial clients to recruit a HR Business Support to support their UK teams. Ideally the role will be based in the Rotherham area with regular travel to the North West. In this newly created role, you will report directly to the General Manager and you will work closely to the local teams to provide comprehensive and confidential HR support in a multisite environment

The role will support the management in developing the HR function, focussing on:

Influencing the company culture and positive employee relations.
Involvement in innovative projects to support the ambition to become a great place to work.
Supporting managers and supervisors with ER issues
Liaising with Managers to understand their resourcing needs, manage the recruitment and onboarding of new hires and coordinate the needs of temporary workers.
Create, promote and maintain HR Policies and Procedures and ensure that such are easily accessible and understood by all.

In addition to managing the day to day HR activities (accurate & up-to-date maintenance of all employee records, including in our ERP system), you will produce HR reports when required including headcount, overtime, attendance etc.
You will oversee employee benefits administration for hourly and salaried employees and conduct wage, salary, and benefit surveys to assure competitiveness.

We are looking for an ambitious HR professional with a positive attitude.
You should have a c3 years+ HR experience preferably in Manufacturing/Production operation with ideally a CIPD qualification.
You have in-depth knowledge of key HR competencies; Employment Legislation, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits
Your experience should give you the opportunity to propose creative solutions to improve culture and engagement and optimize workforce resources to adapt to the business requirements.
Your interpersonal Skills, including communication, discretion, coaching and influencing will be key to your success.
