Job Description

I am looking for a technical sales representative to join a rapidly expanding national company who specialises within the Civil Engineering & Railway sector.

The role will cover the full Staffordshire region.

The role will involve:

* Deliver within the assigned territory profitable growth, through development of orders from both new and existing accounts from active business development

* Supply various equipment the company provides within the construction and building sectors

* Manage appointments, schedules, and time by effective planning of calls, travel, and meetings within your given geographical area

* Offer a personalised service regarding Company image, competitiveness, unexploited opportunities, technological developments, competitors, customer businesses developments/ activities

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor's products and services within your area

* Maintain an up-to-date portfolio/info of Company Literature and recent projects

* Assist with on-site training for customers and the preparation of toolbox talks and presentation

In return my client is offering a competitive salary based upon experience / existing relationships within the sector up to £35,000 basic + monthly & yearly basic - which could see a realistic OTE return of around £55-£60k in the first year.

You would also have a company car, or monthly allowance of around £370pm + laptop, mobile and any other necessary information to help with your sales.

The role will be a field based position, with infrequent visits to the office in Stafford so the ideal candidate must be familiar with managing their own working hours/days and not be afraid of travelling.
