Hours of work are 4-on 4-off shifts alternating days and nights. Shifts are 12 hours. There is a 30min unpaid lunch and 30min paid tea break during those hours.
6-18/18-6 and 6:30-18:30/18:30-6:30
Rate of pay is the same for days and nights but once employee becomes perm and are working shifts they are eligible to a £50 weekly shift attendance bonus
