Based in Croydon, this permanent role is to provide an efficient, professional response to requests for motor assistance, and to coordinate all aspects of this assistance for some major motor manufacturers.
Working a 37.5 hours per week, shifts will cover 24 hours and can start as early as 7:00 am. A night shift is from 9pm to 7am. Shift allowance is paid and triple pay for bank holidays.
Handling inbound and outbound calls in a prompt and courteous manner in line with the company and client expectations. The ability to provide a proactive response to assist calls by advising clients on minor technical queries and providing solutions.
You will need to be confident, assertive, able to manage multiple cases effectively, possess fast accurate typing skills. Desirable is a basic understanding of vehicles, essential is proven experience of quality customer service experience within a pressurised environment.
