£20.00 ph+ (depending on experience)

The best part about being an HR Generalist is the diversity of the role; one day you could be assisting with a recruitment campaign, and the next day tackling a change management project - anyone that thinks 9 to 5's are mundane has clearly never worked in HR!

This local authority is offering the opportunity for you to put all your HR knowledge into practice! You'll be assisting with a range of ER matters, including grievance, disciplinary, restructuring and redundancy matters.

The role will also involve the usual day-to-day HR advisor activities, such as assisting management with end-to-end recruitment processes, developing training programmes and managing monthly payroll submissions using iTrent systems.

This full-time, temp position (starting 3 months) is the perfect opportunity to get some invaluable HR experience under your belt, and help you build an impressive portfolio to take with you into your next position!
