Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 16:30, 10:00 - 18:30 and 11:30 - 20:00 alternating weeks), with 1 in 6 weekends (10:00 - 17:00)

The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and respected UK national client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Operations Team Leader to join their rapidly expanding Abingdon based team.

As Customer Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing an evolving team of Customer Service Advisors by monitoring the teams targets and individual developments. A large part of this role will involve reviewing KPI's, coaching and developing the customer service team, whilst also managing any challenges that may occur.

Additionally, as Customer Operations Team Leader, you should be ambitious to motivate and support your team by coaching them through their mentoring, with the goal of improving the quality and process of the customer service journey.

Requirements:

* Experience in a Customer Service Team Leader role or similar

* A strong desire to build and improve the Customer Service team

* Ambitious to lead by example and drive individual development via a mentoring approach

* Excellent telephone manner and communication at all levels

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
