Customer Service Executive (Contract now until end March): This role will require you to be the first point of contact for customers, proving information or raising queries or complaints. You will be dealing with mainly incoming emails but will also be required to make and receive telephone calls and must be confident in doing this.

Customer Service Executive, based in Aylesbury:

This role will require you to be the first point of contact for customers, proving information or raising queries or complaints. You will be dealing with mainly incoming emails but will also be required to make and receive telephone calls and must be confident in doing this.

Responsibilities include

All areas of customer service
Respond to phone calls, emails and web chat
Respond to requests for information and complaints
Speak with customers on the phone, dealing with both incoming and outgoing calls
Enter data onto the database - You need to be good at IT
Working within a busy team, assist colleagues and support each otherProfile

You will be looking for Temporary work

You will be confident with people and IT

You will have worked in retail or on receptions or in customer service in previous roles/ holiday jobs

You will flourish in a fast paced environment

You will live locally to Reading

Job Offer

salary circa £18,400 pro rota - contract from October - End of March
