As we continue to grow our company, we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team based on Park Road in Barrow.
This role will include helping with the day to day running of our office, including: filing, making calls, answering calls, replying to emails / Facebook messages, sending emails, general data entry, diary management, invoicing, etc.
You will learn all aspects of our HuddleHub website, including: How to publish news acticles, events, upload cars, properties, videos, etc.
We also own Job Vacancies Direct and HBP Storage, so this role will also require you to help book customers into the storage area and filling in paperwork, both face to face and over the telephone / via emails, etc.
A large part of the role will also be to help upload jobs to our national jobs website (JobVacanciesDirect.com), this will mean liasing with customers across the UK on a daily basis via phone and emails.

We are looking for someone that wants to stay with us for a long time, learning new skills and that wants to grow with us. We are currently only a small team of 5 people, but we are growing quickly.
Full training will be given; you will complete a Nationally Recognised Qualification which will take 12 - 36 months to complete.
This is a long term job for the right person, we need someone that is chatty, outgoing, and creative and can work on their own or as part of a team.
As this is a National Apprenticeship Programme, you must be aged 16-24.
Wage: National Apprenticeship Wage Applies.
Hours: Normal working hours will be 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, although some weekend and evening work may be required now and again.
