Job Title: Network Support Advisor

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £21,161 - £27,947 depending on skills and experience

6 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time Hours| 37 hours per week

Our Role

We have an opportunity for a Network Support Advisor to join our Cable Damage Rechargeable Debt department. This team play a key role in recovering debt from third party damages to our network, specifically to each of our 4 regions covering central southern England. The Rechargeable Debt Team sit within the Networks Support Team this department delivers 2 functions, OTL and Rechargeable Debt - with the opportunity for the number of functions to increase as required. The department is ever changing to deliver the needs of our customers whilst providing a high quality of service.

In this role, you'll hold a wide range of responsibilities, including answering customer queries to invoicing third party companies who have caused damage to our network; supporting during extreme weather outage and working closely with various internal teams to ensure our processes are closed out as quickly and effectively as possible. This is a busy role, and an exciting opportunity to be a forefront of our business, speaking to our customers directly and striving for excellence.

Your Skills and Experience

To ensure you get the most from your role, we ask that you are highly personable, with a high level of communication skill to adapt and change to suit your audience and setting. You'll be used to working in a busy environment, and will have desirable skills in organisation and managing multiple deadlines at once. Customers often have questions after receiving an invoice, you should be resilient with the ability to stay calm even when working under pressure and enjoy finding solutions to customer problems whilst adhering to operational processes and industry regulations. During times of bad weather, you will be required to give support through your storm role, this may mean working outside of your normal hours.
