Job Description

We have a role working for a prestigious Art gallery based in Central London. This is a great opportunity if you have a passion for the Arts.

The role would be full time 36h/week.

I am looking for someone with strong administrative skills, structured and able to work well under pressure in a busy environment. The person would be responsible for updating our Patrons records, creating new ones for new joiners, preparing new joiner packs with all the relevant information, processing payments, tracking Gift Aid, tracking progress on our annual income, coordinating meetings with our Board. So we would need someone structured, rigorous, good with finance tracking. The person will also be the first point of contact for Patrons queries over the phone and will be asked to help with our Patrons events so we would need someone with fairly good people skills.

Ideally I would prefer to recruit someone with experience working within a Development department or with a Membership and Ticketing Service, so you would ideally be familiar with our softwares (Raisers Edge, RMS, Enta), familiar with our processes and with the structure of the departments.
