EAC are currently representing a great opportunity within a Market Leader for an experienced Bid Manager. If you have the desire to lead day-to-day aspects of each individual bid and work closely within a team then this could be the ideal role for you!
If you have Bid experience in the Healthcare industry this is a benefit - however not a must!

Duties of a Bid Manager:
- Bid Writing
- Ownership of Bids
- Writing new contracts for Tenders and Bids
- Reworking old content
- Obtaining in-put from key stakeholders and functions
- Assessing pricing
- Attend meetings and training as required
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and reporting systems
- Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
- 4 Years + experience as a Bid Manager, Bid Writer or Manager
- Any experience in Healthcare is a benefit but not a must
- Recruitment is a benefit but not a must
- PMP foundation level certificate or above ideally
- Ability to use Microsoft Access and Visio
- Proposal automation software (or similar) experience
- Excellent oral and Communication skills
- Self-motivation with the ability to motivate others
Hours:
- 8:30 to 5:30 Monday - Friday
