You will be representing an established commercial Broker, with significant presence, across the whole of the UK.
Our client has seen rapid growth over the years by a combination of organic growth and various acquisitions across this UK.
This is not a role for 6, 12 or even 18 months, this is a long term project for you to head up a new commercial office, develop new business, hire talented staff and drive the branch forward. You're technically strong, but what sets you apart from competitors? Your get up and go attitude, approaching prospective clients with enthusiasm, charisma and the gravitas required to ensure you achieve successful, lasting relationships.
You should have a strong track record of bringing in and retaining new business in an Account Executive position, along with in-depth knowledge of a wide range of commercial insurance products. A proven management background would be favourable but not essential to be considered.
Setting up a new East Midlands/South Yorkshire commercial branch, you will have the opportunity to integrate yourself, initially as a Senior Account Executive, building and retaining a commercial book of business before gradually recruiting staff whilst continuing to drive the business forward.
