Job Title: Work Allocations & Capacity Administrator

Role Type: Temp to Perm

Location: Kettering

Salary: £8.45 per hour

Start: Immediate start

Hours: Monday - Friday, shifts between 0800 - 2000

We are looking for 2 Administrators to join our Kettering based client, on a temp to perm basis, to promote the company through excellent customer care and communication. To ensure that all tasks are completed, even in the absence of the Team Leader. To maintain excellent relationships with all parties, internal and external, presenting a professional image at all times.

Our client is a leading property services provider, covering surveying, conveyancing and mortgages.

The right candidates will have: -

Good standard of education and good knowledge of Microsoft office packages

Administration experience

Willingness to be part of a team

Flexibility to work across different shift patterns to cover the hours - generally between 0800 & 2000, including weekend working and some bank holiday cover

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Management and distribution of instructions to internal and external resources

Ensuring cases are distributed in accordance with the Allocation & Quota guidelines on a lender specific basis

Adhere to qualification and capability requirements on a lender specific basis when distributing instructions

Ensuring cases are distributed in accordance with guidelines on a lender specific basis

Understanding of lender SLAs and distribution of instructions accordingly

Ensuring rejection / cancellations are placed with an appropriate firm and handled effectively

Other tasks are important to the role and can be discussed at initial stages for short-listing
