We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Sales Admin in the Manchester area. The role will be within an Automotive business for 3 months with the potential to extend.

Client Details

Our nationally established Automotive Specialist client is currently looking for a Temporary Sales Admin in the Manchester area. This role will require an immediate start and run for around 3 months.


Temporary Sales Admin:

  • Support Sales Team Processing orders
  • Recording payments and billing customers using our ERP system
  • Keeping database updated with new stock or changes
  • Credit control, calling Accounts Payable department
  • Dealing with telephone, email enquiries
  • Other office admin tasks and secretarial work
  • Staff and company related electronic record keeping


Temporary Sales Admin will be/have:

  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Be confident, helpful and professional
  • Excellent all-round communication skills
