Brook Street Woking are recruiting for an enthusiastic team player to join a successful Property client as a Lettings Coordinator/Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional levels of customer service skills, be efficient & productive with a good eye for detail, you must also be professional, methodical and organised. Previous industry experience desirable but the right attitude and willingness to learn is essential!

Day to day you will be responsible for producing documents associated with the letting process from valuation through to the termination of a tenancy. Coordinating the tenancies and liaising with landlords, providing support to the busy lettings team your role will be varied and fast paced.

Your telephone manner must be impeccable as you will be speaking to tenants and landlords continuously to oversee the process.
