We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for one of our luxury automotive manufacturing clients based in Farnborough, UK. The role is 37.5 hours Mon-Fri - 9am-5:15pm, this is a hybrid role 50/50 with training onsite. The pay rate is equivalent to circa 30k per annum PAYE. Day to day activities: Liaising with retailers Vehicle buy back, dealing with customers and relevant cases Dealing with VIP, high profile cases and sensitive cases Heavily dealer and retail focused Fast paced, financial autonomy Managing stakeholders Handling and resolving complaints We are looking for somebody ideally with automotive, retail and/or customer service managerial experience. This is a 12month rolling contract role with the opportunity to potentially become permanent depending on performance and movement within team.
