A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working 37 hours per week and paying between £20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience. Your key duties in this Customer Service Administrator role will include but are not limited to: Working closely with colleagues within all areas of the business to deliver a first-class Customer experience, and manage Customer orders quickly and efficiently. Assist the Sales team in developing high value accounts and drive process improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with external Customers they support and ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner, encourage new business, loyalty and repeat business to meet the Business Unit forecasts.
