We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor with excellent benefits! Our client is a global provider of integrated medical and security assistance, claims handling, pre-travel advice, medical screening and travel risk management. The office is in Christchurch and you will be required to attend site every day whilst training. Once you are confident in the role (usually around 3 months), there may be the opportunity to work hybrid i.e. two days per week in the office and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays (you'll be scheduled a day off in the week when work Saturdays). Office hours are: M-F 8am-8pm Sat 8am-4pm The Role Your role as a Customer Service Adviser will ensure customers are provided with first class customer service in their time of need.
