REED are working with an award-winning organisation in Norwich, recruiting for the position of Customer Service Executive to join the team on a permanent full time basis. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Within the role, you will work as part of a team who are responsible for handling incoming telephone enquiries to the company, providing a professional service whilst maintaining excellent service standards at all times.
