Customer Service Administrative Officer - Portsmouth - GB14300 YOUR ROLE The main role is to assist the Logistics department in maintaining a high level of Administrative support to the MOD customer against the FMSP contract. To carry out assigned tasks including Shipment of stores overseas, processing new stock to maintain the customer account and dealing with customer enquiries. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Undertake a range of administrative duties within the Contract Logistics administrative Team as allocated by the Team Leader. Process documents and information received from a range of sources to maintain the KPI's. Collate and extract data from MOD systems and produce routine reports for the customer.
