Sales Operations Specialist required for a start-up business from the University of Oxford who specialise in designing and manufacturing high-end medical instrumentation. As sales and orders grow our client is now looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to coordinate customer onboarding experience and delivering their instruments on time and professionally. As Sales Operations Specialist responsibilities include: Coordinate key internal stake holders in sales, finance, production, and logistic functions to deliver professional service to the customer On receipt of Purchase Orders, ensure details and documents updated in key systems SharePoint, ERP, CRM, and key stakeholders kept up to date Working with the Sales team, build library of standard documentation for customer onboarding & tenders Working with the Regional Sales Managers, own and manage the calendars for on-site demonstrations of instruments to potential new customers and installation and training for...
